Yes! We provide comprehensive onboarding to get you started. However, for full implementation of your membership site, we recommend working with one of our certified partners. You can find our complete list of experienced partners here, who can help bring your vision to life.Does this include everything I need to build a membership site?
Memberium is a WordPress plugin that connects your site to HighLevel. To build your membership site, you’ll need:- A WordPress website
- Web hosting
- A domain name
- A HighLevel account
These are not included with your Memberium subscription but are essential components for your membership site.
Do you take any fees on my membership sales?
No! We don’t take any percentage or transaction fees from your sales. You keep 100% of your membership revenue. The only cost is your Memberium subscription.Can I switch plans later as my business grows?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you’ll receive a prorated credit for any unused time on your current plan. When downgrading, your new rate will take effect at your next renewal date.What happens if I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel your Memberium subscription, your members will still be able to log in and all your content remains intact. However, your protected content will become publicly accessible unless you install another membership plugin to maintain content protection. While the basic website functionality continues, features that require HighLevel/CRM synchronization (like automatic member updates, tags, and automation triggers) will stop working until you reactivate your license.
